Tonight, we made mango sorbet following Stephanie Blue’s recipe (check out her original post here).
It is healthy, easy to make, allergy-free and absolutely amazing!!!
- 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 2 drops of doTERRA lemon essential oil
Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend away. I found that I had to add some water because our blender struggled to mix it all up without the extra liquid.
The lemon essential oil really brings it to life, creating a flavour explosion in your mouth.
Moses loved it so much that he wants us to make it again tomorrow night.
