Morning shake

We’ve been starting our day with a morning shake:

  • 1 Banana
  • A few frozen strawberries (not a lot b/c we’re trying to minimize sugar)
  • 3 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • Handful of lettuce
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina (optional)

There’s lots of variations on this, of course. It’s yummy and delicious and it’s been keeping Moses full.
