Oh. My. Goodness!
These are to die for.
I was thrilled to find this recipe because all of the ingredients are Moses-friendly. Even better, we actually had all of the ingredients on-hand (actually, we didn’t have coconut oil, so we substituted Earth Balance instead).
- 100% natural peanut butter (or you could substitute an allergy-friendly peanut butter replacement)
- pure maple syrup
- coconut flour
- sea salt
- gluten-free rice crisp cereal
- allergy-friendly dark chocolate chips (e.g., Enjoy Life)
- coconut oil
I’ll say it again — Oh. My. Goodness!
It was the best peanut butter ball that I’ve had in my life!
Surprisingly, Moses wasn’t a huge fan of them. He thought that they were okay, but he would much rather have a no bake maple peanut butter oatmeal cookie.
We don’t know how he could possibly be related to DH and me. We are big fans of anything that involves chocolate and peanut butter.
